This website is operated by AKAY İNŞAAT TURİZM OTELCİLİK VE YATIRIM A.Ş. (trading as Akay Tours). By using the site and booking tours you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the payment is approved by the bank and you receive a booking code. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and include the services listed as included on the tour page.

Your responsibilities

• Give correct guest names, hotel and contact details.
• Be ready at the pickup point on time.
• Follow the guide's and the activity provider's safety instructions, age and health restrictions shown on the tour page.

Changes

Times and programmes can change because of weather, traffic or safety. We inform you as soon as possible. The cancellation policy and the distance sales agreement are part of these terms.

Governing law

Turkish law applies. For consumers, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are competent.
