Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

You can cancel your booking free of charge until 24 hours before the pickup time of the tour. If the pickup time is not known yet, the deadline is 24 hours before the start of the tour day. You receive a full refund to the card you paid with.

Later cancellations and no-show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time, and missed pickups (no-show), are not refundable. You can still send us a cancellation request until the pickup time; our team reviews it and replies to you by e-mail.

If we cancel

If a tour cannot run (for example because of weather or safety reasons), we offer you another date or a full refund.

How to cancel

Open your booking page (the link in your confirmation e-mail, or My booking with your booking code and e-mail address) and choose "Cancel this tour". You can also write to operation@akaytour.com or call +90 242 312 00 01 with your booking code. Refunds are sent to your card on the same day; depending on your bank, it can take several days to appear on your statement.
