Why do you ask for my hotel first?

We pick you up from your hotel. The tours, dates, prices and pickup times depend on the area where your hotel is, so we show you what is available from your hotel.

When do I get my pickup time?

The pickup time is shown when you book and in your confirmation e-mail. If it changes, we let you know by e-mail or message the evening before the tour.

How do I pay?

You pay by card on the secure page of Ziraat Bank. Cards issued outside Turkey pay in euros; cards issued in Turkey pay in Turkish lira at the Central Bank selling rate shown before payment. We never see your card details.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time, with a full refund. See the cancellation policy.

Where is my booking?

Open My booking and enter your booking code and e-mail address.
