Distance sales agreement and pre-information form

This agreement is made between the seller below and the customer who books on this website. The customer confirms that they have read this pre-information before paying.

2. Subject

The sale of the tour or excursion services shown in the booking (tour, option, date, number of guests, pickup hotel and time), with the total price including taxes, as shown on the payment page and in the confirmation e-mail.

3. Price and payment

The total price is paid by card on the secure page of Ziraat Bank at the time of booking. Cards issued outside Turkey are charged in euros; cards issued in Turkey are charged in Turkish lira at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey selling rate shown on the payment page.

4. Performance

The service is performed on the booked date, starting with the pickup from the customer's hotel. The confirmation e-mail and the booking page show the details.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be performed on a specific date. Independently of this, the seller offers free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before the pickup time, as described in the cancellation policy.

6. Cancellation by the seller

If the service cannot be performed for reasons such as weather or safety, the seller offers another date or refunds the full price.

7. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to the contact details above. Turkish law applies. The customer can apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court of their place of residence or of the place of the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year.

8. Confirmation

By ticking the agreement box on the payment page, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this pre-information form and agreement. A copy is available at any time on this page.
