As you stroll through the well-preserved ruins, marvel at the impressive stadium just outside the entrance, and pass through the iconic Hellenistic Gate, a gateway to the grandeur of ancient times. Take your time to soak in the atmosphere and appreciate the artistry and history of this ancient metropolis. Aspendos – A Roman Marvel Next, we visit Aspendos, home to one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in the world. Built in the 2nd century, this magnificent structure is still in use today, hosting the renowned Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival every year. As you explore the theatre’s architecture, imagine the echoes of ancient performances that have withstood the test of time. Following your visit to Aspendos, we’ll enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor authentic Turkish cuisine. Side – The Harbor of Legends Our journey continues to the coastal city of Side, once a bustling hub for trade in olive oil and slaves. With its spectacular natural harbor and rich history, Side was one of Pamphylia’s most important cities. Here, you’ll visit the iconic Temple of Apollo, dedicated to the god of light and music, standing majestically against the backdrop of the azure Mediterranean Sea. Wander through the ancient streets, soaking in the charm and legacy of this historic port city. Manavgat Waterfall – Nature’s Tranquility The grand finale of our tour takes us to the Manavgat Waterfall, located within a serene national park.
