Tour Important Notes

• Recommended for more comfortable trip in any case better check the weather forecast, get comfortable shoes (outdoor shoes are preferred), swimsuit, towel, sun protection cream, hat, sunglasses, water for drinking and money for extras.
• You may be picked up from the main gate of the hotel.
• Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to pick up time or departure time of the tour.
• All 4x4 vehicles or similar types are driven by a professional guide-driver. The guests are not allowed to drive the jeep.
• English speaking guide for all nationalities.
• Not recommended to take or wear any metal accessories (earrings, necklaces etc.).
• There may be an initial, unaccompanied pick-up from your hotel to a meeting point.
• Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the tour begins. Further cancellations are non-refundable.
• Please note that all times and programs are subject to change.
• This trip requires the good weather conditions. If the trip cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or full refund.
• Changes in the pick-up time of the tours you have purchased will be notified to you via e-mail or message after 18.30 the day before.
