Tour Important Notes

• Recommended for more comfortable trip in any case better check the weather forecast, get comfortable shoes, swimsuit, towel, sun protection cream, hat, spare t-shirt and money for extras.
• You may be picked up from the main gate of the hotel.
• Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to pick up time or departure time of the tour.
• Upon arrival guest are required to sign a document of consent for the extreme tour.
• A guest who doesn’t sign the document can not continue to tour.
• Children between the ages of 0-5 can not participate in the rafting tour.
• Items which can be bought at the base; alloy shoes, glasses, bandana, earplugs, waterproof phone cases.
• There may be an initial, unaccompanied pick-up from your hotel to a meeting point.
• Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the tour begins. Further cancellations are non-refundable.
• Please note that all times and programs are subject to change, it’s up to wheather conditions.
• This trip requires the good weather conditions. If the trip cancelled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or full refund.
• Changes in the pick-up time of the tours you have purchased will be notified to you via e-mail or message after 18.30 the day before.
